JOB DESCRIPTION :

As a assembler / welder, working with the production supervisor, you will:

• Assemble and weld stainless steel parts of different sizes using different welding processes. (GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, GMAW);
• Read and interpret work plans and technical documents (dimensions and welding symbols)
• Check the parts before the assembly and welding work (Dimension, conformity to the plans);
• Prepare the necessary materials (measure, trace, cut, clean, etc.);
• Plan the assembly sequence of the parts;
• Check the conformity of the finished product with the plans or work instructions
• Use of industrial tools such as a over head crane
• Ability to work in a confined space
• Collaborate with the quality assurance department
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Any other job-related tasks

EXIGENCES :

• Significant experience in the field of assembly / welding on stainless steel
• DVS in welding / assembly
• AVS high pressure welding (asset)
• Have attention to detail
• Ease of working in a team
