High-Pressure Welder
We are looking for several welders for our growing company. If you want to be part of a dynamic team, you may well be the person we are looking for!
The welder uses machines to weld parts, made of steel or other metals, used in the manufacture of the company’s products.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Weld fabricated carbon steel and stainless steel parts of various dimensions using different welding processes (Flux-core, TIG, MIG, SMAW);
- Read and interpret welding plans or instructions;
- Check parts before welding work (Dimension, compliance with plans);
- Choose and adjust welding equipment;
- Weld the parts;
- Check the quality and penetration of welds according to standards;
- Verify conformity of the finished product with the plans or welding instructions;
- Make corrections if necessary;
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor;
- Apply occupational Health and Safety rules.
Desired Skills Profile:
- Diploma of vocational studies in welding or equivalent experience;
- More than 1 year of experience in the field of welding-assembly;
- Submerged arc operator would be an asset.
- Good team spirit, be conscientious and dynamic;

Our needs are for the day shift from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm and the evening shift, Monday to Thursday from 3:30 pm to 1:30 am (10hrs) with a premium of $2.00/hrs.
Salary: $22.98 to $25.49 per hour
